3 Things that We are Thankful for this 2022

As 2022 draws to a close, here are the 3 things that we are thankful for this 2022.

1. Our Youtube Page reached 100,000 subscribers!

Last July 2022, thanks to Tito Dustin and his team, Laptop Factory reached big milestone for its Youtube viewership. Aside from selling Laptops, Laptop Factory has made it clear this year that it is not just going to provide the basic to its customers. It aims to provide accurate information to its customers, and help them decide which laptop to buy. This has been possible with this team.

2. We were able to solidify our Logistics services, making our in-house fleet a permanent department.

Though this might not be felt upfront, but since the onset of the pandemic, Laptop Factory along with its sister companies have maintained the employment of more or less 20 drivers and riders. We know that everyone wants free shipping, but to be able to truly provide stable livelihood, we have to pay our delivery personnel correctly. We charge lower prices for our products, but we have to charge for our delivery personnel fairly.

So we hope our customers understand our higher shipping fees. Ehem, hindi namin masyado ipopoint out yung current issue sa ibang e-commerce delivery probz jan *wink wink! Our logistics department’s commitment is this: To deliver all orders safely at the soonest possible time. They might not be perfect all the time, but we assure you, they are doing their best to provide quality service.

3. The opening of our grand showroom

In one word, we are thankful. Thankful for the support of our customers & partners, and most of all, our God almighty. The grand showroom was a leap of faith, and it definitely paid off. From our perspective, Laptop Factory evolved from a small seller to a flagship store.
